Can I have a ppp
My 8 year old autistic daughter has just started seeing her dad (he hasn’t wanted to know before and then daughter didn’t want to see him). Anyway my daughter started asking about him so I made contact with him again and asked if he was ready and committed to being a dad to her. Luckily he wanted to be in her life.
Anyway the other sat myself her and her dad went out for the day and my daughter had a lovely day in fact we all did. We are all going out for the day together again on Saturday.
What I wanted to know is how I should be progressing with contact. I thought maybe a few more times of all going out together then leaving them both to go out for the day together and see how it goes with them. How long would you leave it until you started allowing over night contact?
