Can I have a ppp?

My brother in law is getting married soon. He has invited my husband, me, my 6 year old daughter, 3 year old son but not my baby. Our two eldest children are involved in the wedding.
It’s been a looong argument/discussion but we have made the decision for just my husband to go and not me and the kids. Our 6 year old decided not to go all herself after is saying ‘the baby isn’t invited.’ But said brother doesn’t believe that.

What’s your opinion? Is it fair to invite two children and not the other. Reason is there’s a no baby rule, but is it fair to split up a family for such an occasion?
