Can I have a ppp

I’m thinking that my near 2 year old may have austim

She walks on tips toes ( but im not sure if this is to do with her bowed leg and in ward feet)

Only sounds the word ( can’t fully sound the word just makes the sound) she does have a lip tie.

She likes things done a certain way.

She loves watching or playing with wheels ( have it be on bikes or pushchair or car)

When out with friends or parties she plays on her own happy or with older kids.

Im not sure if it is austim as she doesn’t mind loud noise and like to wave and smile at people and sounds hiya to people…

Just wondering if anyone had their child diagnosed at this age or what are the traits of your child with austim?
