Can I have a private anonymous post please

I’m 18 and have been with my boyfriend for 4 nearly 5 years, we have absolutely no plans what so ever to have children yet although it is something that is often talked about for when we get older etc, anyway we rarely use condoms and I haven’t used contraception properly in about 2 years as it just does not agree with my body, I tried all the pills and my moods were absolutely disgusting and the implant had to be cut out of me, but I feel like even though we are certainly not trying I feel like as we are not using anything I should have fallen pregnant by now? but I think that although I haven’t there may be something wrong with one of us if that makes sense like one of us being infertile or something? Like I said we are not trying to get pregnant but if there is something wrong I’d like to get it sorted for when we do want children if that makes sense, has anyone else experienced this and there hasn’t been something wrong and everything’s been okay, am I over thinking everything or should we go to the doctors?
