Can I have a private message please? It’s my first time doing this but I’m at my wits end…

My daughters dad and I were together, then we weren’t, then we were etc etc.. now we are and we live together. So applied for a joint claim.

Anyway, beforehand I claimed single claim for tax credits and housing benefit (because I was single) but he obviously still came round to see the baby, we get on well, we were on and off. All of his post still came to my house and everything remained there, but he didn’t live with me. I’ve now had a letter from tax credits saying they have been notified of him being there and and want me to prove that he hasn’t been (only from May this year until now) but I don’t think I can prove it?!
I’m terrified, stressed to the max, feel sick and I’m so done with it!!! What’s going to happen to me 😢 he genuinely didn’t live there.
