I as a mother, am facing my worst nightmare that any parent could face. My ex (daughters dad) has been accused of inappropriate touching with my oldest daughter. In September she told me 2 times that ‘daddy keeps putting his finger in my bum and rubbing my front bum too hard and I don’t like it’ police were called and social services were involved. After 2 days they closed the case and said he can be supervised by one of his family members. I wasn’t happy with this but social services pressured me into agreeing with this. Fast forward to last Thursday when my LG then told me ‘daddy still hurts me mummy, why does he keep rubbing me until it’s sore and touch my bum. He doesn’t hurt (sibling name)’ I rang SS for advice and they went to see her the next day at school where she repeated it to them. Police was called and she went for another medical yesterday which said inconclusive but can’t be ruled out. SS are now pushing me to let my girls see him again at the weekend supervised by his mother which obviously didn’t work last time as my daughter said it’s still happening. Social services have said I’m breaking our court agreement and the police said they’re not going to stay involved as they believe this is from September again and not a new disclosure. I don’t know what to do. I’m terrified. It feels like they’ve pointed the finger at me as I’ve made this up. I feel like this hasn’t been handled well at all! I don’t think I can stay strong much longer

Quite frankly screw any court agreement. Let him take you back to court. Not a chance on this earth would I be letting my child go near him again.

I definitely wouldn’t send them back and wait until he’s been to court so you can get him as far away from them children as possible!
Please keep them way from him x got to court if need be if occurred whilst being watched by other adults record what has been said inform the school of you have to just to have a timeline x
Don’t listen to them let them take it to court no way would I let my daughter near him don’t let them make you feel like your lying you know the truth what your daughter is telling you xx
I would stop contact and let court happen, and then kill him
Do not let your girls anywhere near him.
I’d go to court a million times if I had to. No way id let my little one near him xx
Screw all court agreements!!!!! Stop contact!!! Wouldn’t allow my children around anybody that my child made an accusation about !!! You’re safe guarding your child/ren!!!!! Let it go back to court, once their you can voice how they’ve failed you and your daughter!!!!
Can you get transcripts from the meetings with School & SS? I’d personally block
Contact, and use those hard copy transcripts in court.
1000% I would not let her go to him. No way would I let my child be in danger
