Can I have a private post please.
Am sat here once again in tears as life just feels too much. I had a baby earlier this year and have an older child and am so scared to ask for help because of consequences. But I feel like I have hit rock bottom and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I don’t even know why am posting suppose it’s just to see if anyone else has experience of this. And how to deal with it.
