Can I have a private post please?

Basically tonight I was putting my little boy to bed when I noticed 3 lumps.
One on his leg a little smaller than a 50p coin, one behind his ear 5p coin, and one on his shoulder blade 5p coin.
He’s not bothered by them they are hard- but he isn’t bothered at all, they don’t seem to hurt him or irritate him.
He’s fine in himself, no temp, not upset or in discomfort. He had his 12m jabs on the 28/12 but the lump is higher up his leg than where he had the jabs..
I’ve already called 111, waiting for a gp to call back. Any advice? Thanks x
