Can I have a private post please?

Please no bashing. I have just found out I am pregnant with my 3rd today I am in shock because I am on the pill and I already have a 18 month old and 2.5 year old. I’m torn on what to do we can afford to have another baby but I don’t think I want the baby. I’ve looked into abortion I never thought I’d want to do this I’ve not even made a decision on what to do yet but I know I won’t be able to do this right now. I have no friends or family I have my partner and 2 kids and my partner is always at work so this will be so hard for me to cope. I don’t want to be judged by the clinic if I choose abortion I have bad anxiety and always think people are judging me. Has anyone been on this situation before? Or has anyone had an abortion if so what is it like afterwards as I hardly ever sit down as it is and would have no one to care for my kids after abortion if I have one so I can recover as my partner works all week and we need the money
