Can I have a private post please.. for a few weeks now I’ve had swelling in my feet and ankles and the doctor said it could be planter fasciitis and gave me naproxen.. since then the pain and swelling is now in my wrists and my knees So I don’t think it is plantar fasciitis.. I’m keeping my legs lifted at night I can barely walk 😩 what can I do to help the pain and take away swelling?
