Can I have a private post please…

I came off of the injection in April my first period returned the beginning of July and were every 3 weeks roughly. And only lasting around 3-5 days. My first normal period came the end of August which lasted a normal 7 days. I then spotted for 2 days around 22nd/23rd September. My period still has not arrived. I have been extremely tired, sore breasts and sensitive nipples, loads of headaches, tired and generally feeling sick. I have brought myself a pregnancy test as my partner has said I should. But I am absolutely terrified of taking it as I don’t want to be heartbroken again with a negative result. Does anyone have any advice or support they can give me with it all. Or stories. Thank you all in advance
