Can I have a private post please?
I have always suffered with hair loss due to stress on and off, if I so much as wash or brush my hair I end up with ridiculous amounts of hair loss in my hands.
Today I have been to the doctors as I have a few bald spots. I have 2 smaller ones and one very large one (around the size of 3/4 of a fist)
I have been diagnosed with alopecia.
Just feeling a bit lost and stressed and wondering how anyone else has coped with severe hair loss.
Feeling extremely insecure and wondering if anyone had a solution that worked well for them.
