Can I have a private post please.

I have just looked at my bank statement and realised a company which I seen on Facebook (were advertising a monthly subscription of diet tips sent to my email address for £1pcm. I thought why not I’ll sign up to this see what it’s like for the sake of £1?) but I can not now access this website as to saying it’s an error found and there is nothing I can even find on google about this, I have received no email no nothing not even confirmation of this £1 subscription. I have just looked on my bank to see that this said company have took £79 from my account!!!!! I read the terms and conditions and under no circumstances did it say anything about this being taken from my account. Is there anyway I can get this back? The company that It’s showing on my statement I have googled but it is not for a diet email subscription it’s for some diet pills where you pay £1 and £79 every 2 months, which being a single mum of 1 I would never dream of ordering such a thing as this coming from my bank has now left me with no money for a week! What can I do?

  • Ring your bank they’ll refund you it.. it will be in small print on the website saying that’s why they do and that’s how they scam you 🙄 x

  • Tell bank and they should give you money back just say it’s fraud and you didn’t give them permission for it may take few days
