Can i have a private post please.
I have major panic attacks when it comes to looking after my son on my own 🙁
he bites me ,punches and punches, kicks me,spits at me, i try and get him busy but by 9am im already exhausted from him…..he constantly runs back and fourth for hours, jumps from windows seals and off the sofa…..oh btw hes 2! Rises at 5-6am and doesnt go down till 7-8pm.
Then on top of that i have two older ones , one of which is currently under going autism assessments so when i have all 3 my anxiety is through the roof.
Today its now 10am ive had 3 meltdowns from various children, been physically hurt, had cornflakes poured on the floor….had juice tipped on me and ive been spat on……i don’t know how to get a grip on the situation 🙁 please give me some constructive advice
