Can I have a private post please…

If anyone had been through similar I’d appreciate any advice! I’m 25 weeks pregnant with baby no 2.
Over a month ago I saw a nurse practitioner for discomfort and swellings inside my vagina. She said it was thrush even tho there was no itching or abnormal discharge. I’ve since had x2 lots of canisten duo and neither I’ve made a difference, in fact the swellings are getting bigger. There is lots of them inside. They aren’t painful, but they do cause an uncomfortable, dry, pressure feeling all of time. So what I’ve looked up is that in pregnancy you can get hemhorroids inside your vagina? Has anyone else had similar and did they go away afterwards? Did you have any treatment? Feeling down with an ugly foof! 😔
