Can I have a private post please if it’s not too late… so recently I’v come out of a 10 year rlshp. I have 1 child who is 5 I am trying to discipline him the best I can, naughty step, reward chart, taking things off him nothing works. Ok the end of my rlshp with his father may not be helping. I lost my cool today and shouted at him for misbehaving and not listening(here come the perfect parent parade) I reacted really bad and told him to go and stand outside on the landing of our flat literally I closed door and re opened it. I lost control of the situation now I feel terrible. Don’t no what I want from this but needed to get it out. I was wrong I no that. 😭😭😭
