Can I have a private post please I’m mum of 3 my eldest is 11 middle 2 and yougest 3 months don’t know if this is aloud but I’m writing this jus to make people think before doing what I nearly did few weeks ago I go a letter to book a smear test I shoved it on top of some other stuff and nearly forgot about it until last week when for some reason I remembered about it and booked 1 got my results yesterday and was told I had abnormal cells and have to go for a colascopy this might mean I have cancer cells I’m jus want to write this hoping some1 might read it and remember they need to book an appointment I am currently in tears still writing this and worried what my outcome will be if I’d of forgotten about booking this thing may have gotten a lot worse for me not looking for sympathy jus want to put it out there

How lovely of you to think of others whilst you’re feeling so upset about this! I experienced abnormal cells on several smears straight from my first one, I had a biopsy taken and it was clear so please try not to worry too much until you’ve got your answers (easier said than done I know) fingers crossed for you x
