Can I have a private post please;
I’m so scared to admit the fact I think I have depression I’ve had it now approx 8 months and it’s beginning to make my day to day tasks too hard to complete. I have 2 young children and it seems everything they do winds me up. I’ve had enough so I have the doctors at 5 I’m scared of what they’ll say or do. Will I be prescribed anti depressants or counselling?xx
