Hi can I have a post for my friend plz? Private too.

Basically she hasn’t had a period last month she thought mother nature has come today but when she went to the toilet and wiped she was this on her tissue!? She’s so freaked out at what is could be i have no idea myself? Should she go to the Doctors? She’s really embarrassed!!! Please attach photo with Graphic warning! Thanks love x
