Can i have a private post please?
Looking for advice on behalf of my mum. She was in a violent relationship for a few years but managed to escape with my little sister when she was 4. She is now 12 nearly 13 and we haven’t seen him since thankfully.
My mum is looking to change my sisters surname and was wondering how she could go about it? Is it allowed without his permission?
We are in Scotland.
