Can I have a private post please

Me and my ex split up a couple of months ago, he sees our 2 year old every Saturday to Sunday. He still making all this break up and contact very difficult, I’m trying my hardest to be civil and work with him regarding contact but he’s just being nasty. I work 3 days a week and my ex works full time, I’m wondering if he did take me to court which I think he will, would he get access every weekend or every other weekend?
