can i have a private post please.
me and my ex have a 1 1/2 year old son ovbiously when he left i told him that he would need to start paying maintenance for his child he agreed but wasnt happy about it fast forward to april and i had to contact child maintenance as he missed a whole month and i was struggling being just on benefits and having £500 to cover bills, food etc for me and my son now because his dad has a good job they have said he should be paying me £300 odd a month (did not expect it to be that much) it has caused a massive up roar, im apparently the most evil person in the world etc etc, what would you ladies say? baring in mind he now owes me £541 in arrears for no paying the full amount of £300 he also doesnt just go out and buy things like nappies or clothes whereas if he did do this i would never of contacted cms
