My little girl is 8 months old and the last 3 months she does not sleep at all she wakes up several times at night . Shes a very light sleeper slightest noise and shes awake for hours and thinks its play time . She doesnt nap anymore during d day . Is der anything i can do to help her sleep at night ? 😊 😊
