Can I have a private post please.

So basically I’m in a relationship have been for 7 years and got a 4 year old boy with him, he’s gone very controlling and getting in my head I’m struggling with aniexty and depression atm I have been on the council list for 7 months on band e and I’m getting nowhere because technically I’m already housed but its his thru private rent, I really do not want to be with him anymore because of different reasons 1 being he’s been abusive in the past 2 he’s mentally abusing me I feel so trapped I have no family to go to either. If I go he would give this house up so would it speed the process along if he gave his notice in would I then be moved up on the band list and finally be able to get a place of my own with my lad or not? With my boy having ADHD and autism I’m really struggling and want the process to hurry so I can finally be happy. Sorry for long post but I don’t have a clue what to do
