Can I have a private post please ?

Urgently needing help. Posted a message a few days ago but got no response.

I suffer from depression it comes it episodes, some worse than others.
I have just begun a new job , 35 hours. It’s my first week and I having an episode .. I have no appetite, feelin lethargic all I want to do is sleep.
I am feeling so helpless and very sensitive .

What can I do to inform my boss? I don’t want to risk my job, but my mental health isn’t great at the moment.
