Can I have a private post please xxx

Looking for some advice ladies. Had my baby 11 weeks ago and went on the contraceptive injection 7 weeks ago, I haven’t stoped bleeding since I gave birth- not massively heavy but still bleeding. Been to the docs and she’s given me the pill to take along side my injection and I’m still bleeding, she’s now just told me there’s nothing they can do and it’s normal?? Bit paranoid as I had a partial uterine rupture and a c section so don’t know if I should be worried because of that ? Any advice welcome xxx
