Can I have a private post please?
After nearly two years of stress with my sons dad I asked him to come up with a regular contact plan and my message back was very vile! After a week he has come up with an agreement but I am just wondering what do I do about getting the rights so he has to return him as I’m scared he won’t! Just don’t know where to start x

U need to get a residency order which states he lives with u that way if he doesn’t return him the police will collect him xx
