Can I have a private post please

I had a baby 12 weeks ago and it was a really horrible birth which I only found out through googling that my notes meant basically either me or the baby nearly died. Anyway because of this I’m really struggling to come to terms with it and as a result finding it difficult to be physical with my partner, I thought he understood this but have found out that he has been watching porn. I get that a man has “needs” but it has annoyed me as I thought he understood. Am I right to be annoyed or am I completely overreacting? I’m trying my best but I’m just struggling as also had 2 infections in my scar. I feel like I’m being stupid but something in my brain is just telling me I can’t be physical. Sorry for the long post
