Can I have a private post please?

I live in a private rented property and I’m 6 months into a 12 month lease.

The property has damp and mould which is severely affecting my children’s health been in and out of hospital.

I want to move but landlord says he will take my guarantor to court for remaining rent until end of tenancy. Is there anything I can do, I have been offered a house but looks like I will have to turn it down and my children are getting more sick by the day.
