How does deed poll affects the changes?
I can’t find more information and wanted to know if anyone knows more

I have done my sons last name and it’s chanced on everything his passport school the lot as long as I tKe the deed poll certificate to sort them out they don’t mind doing it
I changed mine by deed poll, i had to send copies of deed poll to relevant places eg bank, tax credits, driving license, kiddies school xx
I have =) I changed my daughters earlier this year x
