Can I have a private post please?
So me and my ex are having a messy break up. We have a 2 year old son together and we were planning on going away in November for 2 week. Now he’s saying I can’t take him away without his consent and that I’ll have to go to court to take him out of the country. Has anyone been in this situation? My son has his dads last name but lives with me. Tia x
