Need some help, my son has just come back from his dad’s with this rash and to me it looks really bad. My son said it’s not itchy but it’s really hot and blotchy.
Anyone have ideas on what it is please?

Looks like a viral rash to me, my children had this afew times. I gave them antihistimines which helps x
Is the rash a bit rough like sandpaper?
