Can I have another private post please?

Please NO bashing as this has never happened to me before.
I currently live in a women’s refuge and have been for nearly a year and I was placed on ESA due to my mental health.
I’ve had a letter through today from ESA stating they are stopping my money. I’ve tried ringing them but they’ve said they can’t tell me much, just that I’m under investigation for something. It’s all so confusing.
I’m 28 weeks pregnant and said to them that I owe rent (it isn’t much) and I need to buy food shopping and buy some more things that my little boy needs as he’s going to be coming earlier than expected.
I literally have £4 in my bank and they’ve said they can’t do anything until I go to some appointment on the 8th August. I’ve spoke to the staff at refuge about food bank vouchers and because I’ve already had 3 this year, I can’t have anymore. I’ve got no family or friends and my baby’s dad isn’t interested😭.
Basically, what I’m trying to get out of this post is some suggestions or advice on what I can do until I go to this appointment. I’ve never been in this position before and I feel like breaking down😓. I’ve also spoke to my family nurse and she suggested food bank vouchers but because I’ve had 3 this year, I can’t have anymore.
Someone please give me some suggestions or advice please? I’m just so upset.
