Can I have pp please, I changed my surname by deed poll about 3 years ago to my now exes , and have filled in my youngest sons passport using my original surname will they still accept his birth certificate with my details if it’s in my deed poll name but says formerly known as my original name? Worried about getting his passport back in time for holiday thank you x

Send your birth certificate and deed poll papers in but you might have to change your name back by deed poll it all depends wot the examiner is like who checks it. Hope this helps x
Send the deed poll certificate with the passport application and they will accept it and return the deed poll certificate back to you x
