Can i have some advice please?

My fiance has very bad aniexty and depression. He has been signed off of work for a year now and stays at home gaming. I work 42 hours a week, pay all bills and look after the kids. His been really bad lately saying his life sucks and i dont support him enough and he refuses to help look after the kids as they are apparently too loud and irrating. If we cannot find a sitter he has to have them and when i get home from work he will moan about it and how hard he has it compared to me. He blames me for his life being the way it is and often sulks and shuts himself away for hours on end. When i come home from work i cook and clean and sort out the kids and have to deal with him and i feel truely drained. He will often say if im having a low day ‘well try being depressed!’ His on medication and sees a therapist.
I feel i am at a loose end, i understand he needs alot of support from me and i need to grow a thick skin to his behaviour and comments as his ill but i am finding it truely hard work. We have been arguing alot lately. All he wants to do is ve alone to play video games, sleep and read books. He often says me and the kids are in the way.
