Can I have some advice please
So me and my sons dad split before he was born the last get yrs have been up and down but few months ago he assaulted me. I reported him and since then he has refused to Speak to me and says I’ll only see my son on his allocated weekend (every other weekend). Today I contacted him regarding his non payment he then got his mum to call and say please don’t contact him. So I have said ok we will do it his way he will only have contact on his weekends and that’s it no added days. Am I right in saying this ?
