Can I please have a PP

I broke up with my long term partner of 15+ years at the beginning of the year. He is named as am i on the tenancy of the house I and his children currently live in.

When we first split there was some incidents of violence and he was arrested and questioned. I chose not to press charges as the kids begged me not to send daddy to prison.

I’ve since tried getting his name removed from the tenancy and without him consenting to do so they won’t remove him, apparently if I’d pressed charges it could’ve been done, but obviously I didn’t for my kids.

Anyway he hasn’t stayed her nor contributed towards bills or rent for 9 months, I’ve tried to contact Citizens advice and they don’t do phone help in my area and the web chat is busy. The nearest office is an hour’s bus journey away and I wanted to know if anyone and any advice or guidance for any similar incidents you have dealt with.
Thank you.
