Can I post anonymously please?

Just need advice really on whether I’m being paranoid and stupid. My partner has started a new job a few months ago and gets on really well with a female colleague. He can home a few weeks back and couldn’t stop talking about how funny she was on their shift and what a great time they had. She had been training him as she was switching to day shifts (he works nights) so now they only cross paths at the start/ end of shifts to do handovers. As soon as he gets home in the mornings they are immediately texting each other and chatting, having a great time joking around. Bearing in mind I work full time so I see him for maybe 30 minutes in the morning but he barely notices I’m there because he’s too preoccupied with texting her! She is younger than me and stunning which doesn’t help. She also ‘likes’ every single fb post he puts up, within minutes! It’s like she’s sat watching his profile. I have confronted him about this and explained it is making me feel like crap, we ended up having a massive argument and him staying at his sisters for the night. He says I am insecure and don’t trust him (my last two exes both lied and cheated and stole money etc) so part of me thinks maybe I’m reading too much into it? He says he’s allowed to have female friends and I should just deal with it, but surely it’s a bit too full-on? The girl doesn’t leave him alone and is always using the ‘❤’ when liking his posts, always the first to comment something funny or banter, yet he says she’s just a colleague! She tags him in loads of stuff too, and posts on his wall, and he always responds, yet when I do it he ignores it!
Am or justified in feeling pissed off or just paranoid? (I will add, she’s married but recently separated, around the same time all the fb stuff started)
