Can i private post please?
My childs father has just been released from prision. Before he went to prision i had SS involved due to the risk he imposes towards my child. Now hes out of jail hes threatening with court and etc to get access. Will court grant him access or will they not allow him contact due to the information SS have given me.

Depends why he went to prison and what happened before, from what your saying which is limited I would say court access but supervised xx
