Can i request a ppp 💥Self confidence issues 💥

💥Before commence start yes i know its my issue and not his💥

Ive Been with my partner 3 years and ive always had low self esteem, Ive 3 children and ‘m not his typical “type” hes always been obsessed with the model look (however he doesnt through it in my face)
Hes 52 so 20 years old than me (not an issue) Anyways ive always been covered up, sex must be in a dark room, Always wear long length leggings and jumpers, Get dressed in bathroom ect….So this morning he got up and went down to make a brew, So first time ever i made a bathroom dash with no bottoms on and long behold he was coming up the stairs with my brew, my legs are my problem area lumps of fat where there shudnt be, Extreme cellulite and just wobble on there own! Ive always had a weight issue and i suffer with depression, I’m mobidly obease!..
(I Lost 9st in 12 months then gained 5st back due to depression)
i just froze on the spot he said Wahoo and went back down stairs he looked back on way down and i shouted pervert! 🙈 to his repley CHARMING (im sure he was shocked at the lumps of fat) Im crushed, really upset and feeling physically sick and ashamed that hes had to see me in this way, I can’t bear to look at him never mind talk , i know he loves me however after seeing what he did how the hell can he love that!……
I really feel like walking out to save him the embarrassment! And me,…..
Anybody been in this situation and have advice on how to get over it
