Evening, So I suffer from severe diagnosed anxiety (Amoungst other things) and due to this being in busy places,confronting ppl, appointments Ect is a huge issue/no go for me for me. However Ive always had a digestion problem, unexpected diharee, bloating stomach, paint full cramp (all the symptoms of IBS-D ) of which Ive kind of just lived with

So this last month it’s got worse and I’ve finally convinced my self to brace the doctors but how do I approach him,what do I say, how do I start the conversation, I understand people
