can u do a ppp

am booked in for a scan on Thursday to see if I have had a miscarriage or not. I was near enough certain I had until I felt what feels like a heart beat by my belly button. if I place an object on my belly it moves to it. is this normal? am not sure what to think? I will be 6 weeks next week?
