Hi can i have a ppp. Tmi…

I’ve just been to the toilet and when wiping there was a like thick, clear, stretchy mucus. Is this a sign of ovulation? I’ve never had it before. Taking 100mg of clomid and am on day 13 of cycle. Tia xxx
