Can i have a pp please. Sorry for the long post in advance.I was in a domestic violence relationship with my husband and the father of both of my boys for 6 years. I finally got the courage to go to the police and tell them everything had pictures of my Injuries and messages on my phone of him threatening me. The last incident was him throwing acid in my face luckily I haven’t be disfigured healed up well. Anyway now it is going to trail in 2 weeks and im so scared as i am not sure what to expect. Also im scared if he is going to walk free as i know 100% he will kill me currently hes on remand as the seriousness of the crime. Im just asking if anyone has been through this and if anyone can tell me what to expect. Also if anyone is reading this and is also suffering with DV i know its scary but please get help and get out i wish i done this sooner as my son has seen everything that his dad done and he’s suffering at school and with his anger. Thank you x
