Can you do a private post for me please?

Sorry if this is tmi or gross but I’m slightly worried
I’m on the pill and stopped taking it for my 7day break Wednesday and come on Thursday well today I’ve leaked through my tampon and once I’ve gone to the toilet this was in my knickers I’m kind of scared because I’ve never experienced clots like this, I will add i have had a baby his 1 now! I’ve put it in the tub to maybe go doctors in the morning, just need some advice! Been really suffering with cramps today and yesterday aswell
