Can you do me a private post please?

My partner of 11 years has always had a short fuse. The police have been rang and social services been out before as he drinks and lashes out. He was told by them he had to change or be told to go. I have 3 girls who have been around when he flies off the handle ect and it’s starting to affect them.
Tonight he kicked off again as I forgot to fill out a form for him (been busy as have just had a baby 6 weeks ago plus 2 other girls). He is so lovely when he is nice and I have changed as used to be so happy and bubbly. I told him to leave tonight which he did after a fight. Do I give him one last chance or tell him to stay away for good? Any advice would be much appreciated x
