Can you please post anonymously

Im having my second period post birth (baby number 2) and have never had period pain before but this time its excruciating going to the toilet, walking, sitting. Im going through a “super” tampon and pad every 30 minutes and biting a towel to stop myself screaming in pain doing number 2 on the loo.

Has anyone else experienced this? How can i relieve pain. Im desperate. I have 2 kids under two years old and minimal partner support so hospital needs to be the absolute last resort.
