Can you post please???
Right now i feel lime breaking down, my child minder is unable to have my little one tomorrow, normally it isn’t an issue if she can’t as im given 48 hours notice so plenty of time to sort work out and find someone else, but i have been called into work tomorrow and i agreed before knowing i didnt have anyone to have my daughter, my back up can’t and neither can any of my family, i can’t sort anything out with a change of shifts or cover in work as of how short notice it is, I’ve asked my other half if he could pull a sicky just to be able to have our lg but he won’t, i love my job and i am scared that if i have to tell my boss i can’t be in tomorrow that she will fire me, I’ve already had a warning before so this would be my final warning xxx
