My daughters father had been absent for 5 and a half years not once made contact she’s now 7years old I applied to Cms for money off him and now that I have he’s making threats to take me to court to get access after all this time he was violent to me and hit my daughter once social services was involved and told me he wasn’t to have access as he’s a risk to her but now I have received messages threatening court and wants to end up getting her full time I don’t know what to do what would all you mums do in this situation please not looking for people having a go just wondering what a judge would do my daughter don’t know him at all and is very happy the only dad she has ever known is my sons dad which is amazing with her her bio Is on birth certificate in uk
