Hi can I have a private post please.
I have a 3 and half year old little girl and she is speech delayed. She’s at speech therapy she can copy words but doesn’t really use full sentences yet. Since starting play school in September she’s lashing out at other kids and has started throwing stuff around, very unlike her and usually loves been around kids her own age, the last few weeks she’s complaining about a sore mouth but can’t really explain what it is, she has enlarged tonsils at the moment but aren’t infected but she’s getting them out next month due to tonsillitis every fortnight.just looking for some advice. Thanks in advance
